- soft unsalted butter - 100g
- honey - 1 tablespoon
- edible flower petals - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Remove butter from refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature.
- Pick the flower petals.
- Use a fork and mix honey with the softened butter.
- Add the flower petals and mix well.
- Put butter in small dish or decorative container. Or roll into a log and wrap well in wax paper.
- Refrigerate and then cut slices of flower butter as needed.
