Best-Ever Choco Brownies
Sometimes you're looking for a best-ever brownie recipe... you find it! This brownie has rich chocolate flavour and is very moist. I am a Chocolate Lover and it is nothing better for me than a delicious, home-made brownies. This Brownie is a simple and quick dessert to make, and is perfect if you have guests today.
Ingredients
- eggs - 4
- caster sugar - 2 cups
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- cocoa powder - 1 ¼ cup
- unsalted butter - 225g (melted)
- plain flour - ½ cup
Instructions
- Put the eggs in a large bowl and whisk until thick and pale. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix it carefully.
- Add cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add melted butter and mix together.
- Add flour and stir it gently.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Line the base of the 20x30cm tin with baking paper and spread the mixture into it.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven and live to cool slightly.
- Carefully remove from the tin and serve with whipping cream or with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top in the middle.
